Do you provide a white-labelling option?

Yes, removing the Vidjet watermark on player is possible. It can be done within your Vidjet account (settings tab), by clicking the "Remove watermark" button.

What is a “video view”?

A video view is counted after a minimum of 4 seconds of engagement from a viewer.

Does it slow down my website?

Vidjet does not slow down any website. When you upload a video in Vidjet, it is automatically compressed and optimized for a perfect render on your pages.

How do Vidjet videos load?

Vidjet videos load asynchronously, meaning they start loading once your pages' elements are already loaded. So, there is no tradeoff on your user experience (UX).

How many conversions does it bring on average?

Video shoppers convert 2X higher than standard shoppers that don't interact with videos. Product pages with Vidjet videos get an extra 3% to 15% conversion rate, depending on videos.

Does Vidjet support 4K?

Yes, Vidjet does support high-quality videos, but will slightly compress them to optimize your website's loading time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your subscription right from your Vidjet dashboard, under the settings section. There is no need to contact us, and no strings attached.

Can I add multiple users to an account?

Yes, under the "settings" tab of your Vidjet account.

How do I track my consumption and my billing cycle?

You’ll have access to this information under the settings page, withing your Vidjet account.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts on a case-by-case basis for all current and prospective clients, and even run promotions periodically throughout the year. Just reach out to us with more details about your situation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

What kind of Integrations are available?

Vidjet offers two types of integrations: One is between Vidjet and your website, and the other is with Vidjet and a growing number of 3rd party tools and apps. Find more in our knowledge base.

What happens if I reach the video-views limit?

Automatic emails will alert you as you near your monthly limit. Upgrading your account plan is required to maintain uninterrupted video access. Without an upgrade, videos will stop showing until your next billing cycle.

What happens when my free trial ends?

If you've selected a plan during your 7-days trial, you'll be charged at the end of it. If not, you'll have a window of up to two weeks after your free trial finishes to upgrade your account before it is deleted.

What are "core features"?

Vidjet's core feature includes: 1) Bulk-video embedding, 2) Import products and tag them on videos, 3) Nine prebuilt formats (stories, bubble, carousel, etc), and 4) Many customization options to personalize your videos!

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage everything (delete account, upgrade, downgrade, etc) from the "Settings" section. No need to contact us.

Can the player support changing the quality?

It changes automatically based on internet speed of viewers. It is always optimized to deliver the best viewing experience.

Do I need coding skills?

Nope, just basic copy/paste skills to integrate Vidjet to your website or publish embedded videos. Find more in our knowledge base.

Can I record videos with Vidjet?

No, Vidjet does not offer recording features. Instead, we recommend to record videos with your own devices (mobile phone, camera, etc.) and import them in Vidjet afterwards.

I’m worried about exceeding the video plays limit. Do you have an unlimited plan?

Technically, it is not possiblebecause we need to measure usage relative to our hosting costs. Yet, we have many clients paying a flat monthly rate for a high number of video plays, that they will never exceed so that they do not have to worry about going over the limit. Can I upload any size of video files?

No. There is a 300mb upload limit (usually corresponding to 10-min videos) upon importing a video in Vidjet. We’re happy to provide a custom plan if you need a bigger size limit. Feel free to contact us.

Do you provide access for agencies?

Yes, we do provide an agency portal, allowing agencies to manage subaccounts from a single interface. Agencies can choose to give access to their client to a certain subaccount, or not. People with access to a subaccount will have the same interface as a classic Vidjet customer.
